GETTING THERE
After finalizing your reservation booking and receiving your deposit, our staff will book your round-trip fast ferry tickets from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore (10 minutes from Changi Airport) to Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal in Bintan, Indonesia. You will visit the ticket counter at Tanah Merry Ferry Terminal in Singapore to pay for and receive your tickets. Please arrive at least one hour early and allow more time on holidays.

Please note that during monsoon season and/or public holidays, we may book your ferry to Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT) in Northern Bintan instead of Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. We will notify you well in advance if this decision is made.

With just a ferry ride, car transport and 20 minute speed boat trip you can forget about the hustle and bustle of daily life. Leave the ferry booking to us and let your worries melt away while lounging in a hammock on the beach and building memories without distraction.
Upon arrival at Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal, you will be met by our staff, who will ask for your passports to handle your FAST Track Immigration Services. You may choose to carry your belongings from the ferry or leave them there for the porter service. There will be land transfer to our private jetty.

Please note that if you have booked individual palace(s) you may be sharing the bus with other arriving guests.
Upon arrival at our private jetty, the speedy Pattimura or Hasanuddin boats will bring you to the island, where our attentive management team will be waiting for you for drinks in hand.

Step #1: Ferry Transport
After finalizing your reservation booking and receiving your deposit, our staff will book your group round-trip fast ferry tickets from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) in Singapore to Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal (TPI) in Bintan, Indonesia. You may choose to arrive at the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT) for an additional SGD $50 per car per trip. You will visit the ticket counter at TMFT in Singapore to pay for and receive your tickets. Please arrive at least one hour early and allow more time on holidays.

Duration to TPI: Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes (complimentary)
Duration to BBT: Approximately 1 hour 10 minutes (additional SGD $50 per car per trip)
Step #2: Land Transport
Upon arrival at either ferry terminal, you will be met by our staff. At Tanjung Pingang Ferry, our staff will ask for your passports to handle your FAST Track Immigration Services and you may choose to carry your belongings from the ferry or leave them there for the porter service. There will be land transfer to our private jetty from both terminals.
Duration from TPI: Approximately 50 minutes (complimentary)
Duration from BBT: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (additional SGD $50 per car per trip)
Step #3: Speed Boat Transport
Upon arrival at our private jetty, the speedy Pattimura or Hasanuddin boats will bring you to the island, where our attentive management team will be waiting for you for drinks in hand.
