Please bookmark this page  because you will need it for the remittance of a deposit to secure a booking at Pulau Joyo. You will also need to transfer the balance of the accommodation costs using the information below. The balance will need to clear at least 5 days prior to your trip.

Below are accepted methods of transferring funds in order of resort preference:

  3. Credit card — Please contact our reservation team.

  4. Cash cheque deposited directly into our bank account (if in Singapore)*

  5. International Bank Wire Transfer


*These methods can be difficult for us to trace, so you will need to follow the instructions below exactly or risk losing your deposit.

Please Note:

 

  • The balance of the accommodation costs need to be settled in Singapore, 5 days prior to departure.

  • Ancillary charges (ex. drinks bills) may be settled on the island by credit card (Visa and/or Mastercard are accepted). 

Payment Methods
Deposit Amount

We will need you to secure the booking with a deposit as soon as is possible, but generally within 48 hours. If we do not receive a deposit within this time, you run the risk of having another group book your preferred dates. The deposit is SGD $3,000 for whole island booking. The deposit for individual bookings is generally between SGD $1,000 to $2,000, depending on the number of guests and duration of stay.

Internet Bank Transfer Payments

Please inform us on the day you transfer funds via the Internet into our account. Some banks in Singapore limit Internet transfers to SGD $1,000 per day. It is fine to transfer funds to us in two stages. Let us know at the END of the process that this has been done and what days payments were made. The following simple tracking system is crude but effective. You need to use this otherwise you run the risk of losing your deposit.

Deposit Refund Policy
  • If you cancel 60+ DAYS before the reservation, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a non-refundable administrative & processing fee of SGD $200.

  • Change of reservation date is allowed ONCE if changed 60+ DAYS before the reservation date.

  • NO CHANGES are allowed if there are fewer than 60 DAYS before the reservation.

  • Cancellation within 60 to 30 days is allowed if we can get replacement. SGD $200 administrative & processing fee will apply.

  • Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellation was made within 30 days of the reservation.

  • Deposits for reservations book over public holidays and weekends are NON-Amendable and/or NON-Refundable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to refund the deposit if it is deemed that the booking and cancellation were acts of bad faith.

Credit Card Payments

For your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard payments on the island for incurred costs like drinks, massage and departure tax. This option is not available for deposit payment.

Please obtain prior permission from Sebastian to make cash deposits in to our account in Singapore. Please inform us on the day you deposit cash into our account. It is very important that you email us a photo of the deposit receipt for our tracking purposes.
